EXPANSION A MAJOR BENCHMARK IN END-TO-END eCITATIONS INTEGRATION

Montreal, January 5, 2012. Gtechna, leading software developer of the award winning Officer™ citations suite which automates law enforcement activity, announced today the inauguration of an on-site Installation Division.

The in-house facility redefines the phrase,

‘end-to-end solution’ as it is presently known. An internal Installation Division allows Gtechna to bypass third parties distinguishing it from existing citations software providers currently in the marketplace. Police and Parking enforcement agencies can now benefit from an unprecedented control over the implementation process with record-timing delivery of a complete citations solution out-of-the-box.

Montreal, November 9th, 2011 - Gtechna is proud to sponsor the official launch of the “Say No to Gangs” campaign across North America. Registered Charitable Organization Children Now, launched this initiative in order to develop a collective commitment to educate young people, parents and other community stakeholders on how to deter gangs and gang related activity. The “Say No to Gangs” campaign provides the necessary tools to combat this destructive phenomenon which includes bullying, gangs as well as violence against children.

Every sponsorship dollar contributes to the purchase of books and study guides used in the curriculum at schools participating in Children Now’s Educational Program which targets those most at risk: young children.

Celine Dion, one of the most internationally recognized recording artists, supports Children Now with her message to “prevent bullying and violence among children through education and positive encouragement”. This message will be released in cinemas nation-wide, as a video clip, before the start of every movie. A second video clip was also presented during this event and will be diffused throughout the campaign. It aims at raising awareness about street gangs. International gang expert, Luciano Bentenuto states that “Saying ‘NO’ to gangs is everybody’s business”.

APCO INTERNATIONAL UNVEILS 2011'S HOT PRODUCTS - The association selects 25 Hot Products from the 2011 Annual Conference

Daytona Beach, FL, September 22, 2011 — The Association of Public-Safety Communications Officials (APCO) International has selected 25 Hot Products from a review conducted at the 77th Annual APCO Conference in Philadelphia, Pa.

Every year, exhibiting companies receive an e-mail invitation and application form to submit new products that have been released or substantially revised since the previous conference. New products submitted are anonymously reviewed during the conference. The editor of APCO International’s official magazine, Public Safety Communications (PSC), and the review team select the most exciting products to be featured in the Hot Products article in the  November issue of PSC.
